Ameeta Nanji guides you through € complete body and mind experience. Learn how to breathe correctly, clear your mind, unwind, align, stretch and strengthen your body. Emerge
centered, relaxed yet full of energy. Ameeta has been studying and teaching yoga for more than € decade. Introduced to yoga through the Sivananda Yoga Center, Ameeta continues studying with renowned international teachers, including T.K.S. Desikachar. Ameeta’s teaching method is a unique merging of traditional yoga in the lineage of Krishnamacharya and the ancient Chinese practice of Chi Gong. |
