Johannes Mikenda

Johannes Mikenda is a certified yoga teacher and also holds a degree in sports science with a specialization in human medicine. Yoga has accompanied him for over a decade – he has completed training in Sivananda Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, and as an advanced Jivamukti Yoga teacher with Sharon Gannon and David Life.

As a climbing instructor, ski instructor, mountain guide and mountain rescuer, he is deeply familiar with this field both professionally and personally. As Spa & Sports Director he is responsible for spa & sports operations & programms as well as the direction of the Jivamukti Yoga School.

 

 

Jivamukti Yoga Center

Daily Basic & Open courses for beginners and advanced practitioners are usually held from 9 - 10 am and from 4 to 5:30 pm. The courses are taught by Johannes Mikenda, Director of the Yoga Center and a Certified Advanced Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, or other experienced Jivamukti teachers, all of whom were personally trained by Sharon Gannon and David Life in New York.

Gabriela Bozic is internationally known for her dynamic and passionate approach to teaching yoga. Her classes are taught with liveliness, warmth and humor. She has a degree in linguistics and is one of the first teachers with advanced certification in Jivamukti Yoga and a co-founder of the Jivamukti Yoga Centers in Munich. She teaches yoga retreats, workshops and conferences around the world. Since 2005 she has been a permanent member of the team of international Jivamukti teachers training with Sharon Gannon and David Life.
