The Fidelio – Cucina italiana à la carte

À la carte for lovers of Italian cooking is the motto behind the menu. Treat yourself to an à-la-carte dinner of Italian dishes, classic or with a contemporary twist, as you enjoy an intimate atmosphere created by fine materials, spectacular lighting and a panoramic view of the mountains and valley. 72 seats. The La Salle – Live Cooking & Buffets

Live cooking and international buffets for all generations. A perfect day begins with the perfect breakfast. From 7:30 – 11:00 a.m., the sumptuous buffet in the spacious La Salle offers freshly squeezed orange juice and home-baked bread, delectable preserves and marmalades, and egg dishes prepared as you watch, along with fine cheeses, organic produce and many other delicacies. At lunch, the children come here to enjoy their favourite foods. From 6 p.m., a lavish buffet and varied live kitchen provide exquisite cuisine for larger gatherings. 120 seats. In summer, the many terraces are available as well.

The Kaminstüberl – Fondue Restaurant

Fondues for lovers. If you relish a good fondue and/or would prefer to partake of the opulent choice of dishes from the neighbouring La Salle in a more intimate setting, the cosy Kaminstüberl with its comfortable alcoves and open fireplace is the perfect place. 40 seats. In summer, it includes a terrace facing the inner courtyard.

The Ananda – Spa Restaurant & Terrasse

Culinary delights in a tranquil setting, exclusively for adults. If you prefer to enjoy your breakfast as early as 7 a.m. or as late as noon, and in complete tranquillity at the Badehaus Spa or on its terrace – fully dressed or in your bathrobe, this is the spot for you. It even comes with a view of the mountains and the pool. Around lunchtime, enjoy light dishes – salads, wraps and soups – followed later by cake. Teas from all over the world may be enjoyed all day long. Some evenings, the Ananda serves Asian specialties or fish à la carte. 25 seats.

The Wintergarten – Bistro & Terrasse

Until August 30 the Wintergarten Restaurant from Tuesday to Saturday offers exquisite Fine Dining Menus in the evenings. Chef de Cuisine Mario Corti weekly creates 2 different 5 course menus from which you can also choose à la carte. 35 seats. Includes a terrace in summer.
