Room rates are calculated on the basis of two persons in double rooms, junior suites and suites

in case of an increase of the Sales Tax or additional taxes we reserve the right to increase room rates

the room rate will be charged in case of cancelation less than 4 weeks prior to arrival if the room can not be sold to a third party the same day
