Their repertoire also extends to finely crafted Southern Thai specialties, enriched by the vibrant flavor traditions of Myanmar and India. The sisters’ refined Thai haute cuisine earned 16 points from Gault Millau at the Fidelio between 2015 and 2019. They also created one of the culinary highlights of the 2015 G7 Summit. Following their first tenure at Schloss Elmau, they deepened their international experience as head chefs in distinguished Asian fine-dining restaurants.
