Payment Policy
100% Deposit due no later than February 1st, 2025

Cancelation Policy
100% refund of deposit in case of cancelation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refund of deposit in case of cancelation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
No refund of deposit in case of cancelation less than 15 days prior to arrival.

Gaga and Schloss Elmau reserve the right to cancel all activities of Gaga in the Alps in case of insufficient enrollment (up until one month before the start of the program) or force majeure. Received payments will be refunded in full to all participants. Travel expenses or financial transaction costs will not be refunded.
