Yin-Yoga-Lehrerin Helga Baumgartner.

Helga Baumgartner

Helga Baumgartner studied Yin Yoga in over 750 hours of TTC training with Paul Grilley in California — making her one of the few teachers worldwide to have worked so intensively and directly with the mastermind of Yin Yoga. For Helga, Yin Yoga is a deeply effective, healing, and almost magical source of strength that she loves to share with others. She has been teaching yoga since 2007, with a focus on Yin Yoga, trauma-sensitive yoga, Taoist yoga, Yoga Nidra, and (non-dual) Advaita Vedanta. Helga trains teachers both in Yin Yoga and in trauma-sensitive yoga. Her sources of inspiration — in addition to yoga and Vedanta — include the wild beauty of nature, all somatic forms of movement, music and mantra, relationships, as well as Buddhism and the rich spirituality of India.

Pradeep Teotia

Pradeep brings great energy and enthusiasm to the practice and the group, while still allowing anyone with a reasonable level of energy to participate fully, feel challenged and truly experience yoga! ”Throughout he maintains the spiritual traditions of yoga peppering them with amusing insightful philosophical anecdotes and lively soundtracks! It is rare that those of us who have had the pleasure of practicing with him don't return for more!" - Nick Sutherland, England

He was raised in a small village outside of New Delhi. Pradeep Teotia is an internationally certified yoga teacher who draws mostly from his training in India. He has practiced and studied yoga his entire life starting with his grandmother in his early years. He is known for bringing the roots of yoga alive for modern practitioners through the integration of meditation, yoga philosophy, nature's vitality, spontaneous humor and joy. His unique teaching style brings alive the holistic nature of healing in a way that is simple, powerful and accessible – allowing people to connect more deeply with their own authentic power and spirit.

He is inspired by a wide range of yoga styles; he is a Senior Advanced Jivamukti teacher and certified in Sivananda, Kripalu, and Bhakti Yoga, while also being influenced by Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga. As a sports scientist, sports psychology expert, and mindfulness teacher, he places particular emphasis on the connection between body and mind.
