Fee for a Well-Being Retreat to get back into shape and build muscle with ease. The retreat includes a spiroergometry analysis to optimize the intensity of physical activity, 4 personal training sessions with an expert, a 1:1 expert talk, cardio workouts, 1 power walk or swim, daily Jivamukti yoga classes, and 4 soothing treatments (50 minutes). We recommend a minimum stay of 5 nights.
