Yoga for Kids

Kids yoga leads the young ones into a magical world. There are many stretching routines that lead to a better body awareness, breathing exercices and ways to relax in addition to ways to train the senses through massages and the use of singing bowls and tuning forks. Lots of yoga exercices and movement as well as games build the core of each lesson. The children will greet the sun, the earth, the moon on the mat, will imitate plants and trees, practice handstands and transform into animals. All this will be integrated into a sequence of movements that will straighten and stabilise their spine and will give the children a new feel for their body. At the end of each lesson, the children will practice muscle relaxation, in which the kids will deeply relax.

Moving Flow & Yoga for Teens

Moving Flow & yoga for teens is open to everything that benefits the body, soul and mind and creates a space for laughter, magic and inspiration. Yoga for teens is as varied as life itself: we will listen to music, will do acro-yoga, will do massages, create mandalas or speak about life itself. Dynamic exercices such as the sun salutation encourage strength, self-confidence and flexibility. Relaxation exercices are useful for concentration and happiness. To practice at home and at school, we will show you short yoga sequences.

Yoga

The effectiveness of yoga has been scientifically proved multiple times. Children and teenagers that practice yoga on a regular basis, are self-confident and can relax whenever they want or need to. Motor skills, body awareness and concentration improve as well as the childrens’ happiness.

About Tina Böing

Yoga for kids and teens was developed by Tina Böing, who has been practicing and teaching yoga for the past 15 years. Coming from an athletic and artistic background, she has always been interested in movement. She has been trained in Communications, Stress management, Pilates, Yoga as well as Yoga Therapy – all of this combined forms her yoga style. Throughout her yoga career, she has understood the importance of listening, finding oneself and giving the space needed for this. This is very important for children and teens, for whom this program aligned for.
