“Yogi-Tree of elements” – The sense of balance

with Nadine Schwengenbecher

Our holistic “feel-good yoga experience” incorporating fragrances, yoga, tea, music, relaxation, and DIY projects is a small journey of the senses into the inner self – towards equilibrium and joie de vivre – in which the teens learn to get to know themselves, as well as to better perceive and know others.

Passive phases of experiencing & conscious idleness alternate harmoniously with active phases of creative engagement in a balanced, coordinated way.

The teens discover the secrets of the four elements in various Yoga workshop sessions: Water, Earth, and Air, learn what their element is, and get creative themselves!

They will create their personal elements-symbol-stones / relaxation-eye pillows with fragrance-herbal filling / energy-gemstone-crystal-water / harmony-tea blends / scented candles for beautiful moments ...

Singing bowl meditation, sand mandalas & massages complete the holistic experience.

Inspired by spiritual yoga trips as well as traditional European naturopathy, Nadine Schwengenbecher developed her unique “WELLBEING – YOGA & BE CREATIVE” concept based on her long years of educational work and experience in coaching children and teens using experience- and action-oriented, progressive teaching methods.

As the founder and director of her by now legendary “Literature Workshop for Kids,” Nadine has enjoyed great success as a freelancer in Germany and abroad for more than 15 years, and is now expanding her range and workshop repertoire to include the next higher age group: 12-16 years
