To ensure a warm atmosphere, the fire in the fireplace must be lit before service begins, tables must be optimally arranged and set according to reservations, fresh flowers placed on the tables, and the ceiling spotlights in the restaurant and lounges perfectly aligned. As hosts, we are responsible not only for the service, but also for the ambiance in the restaurants.
