On Thursday, 24 July the Summit Pavilion invites you to a very special evening celebrating the refined and tranquil world of Japanese culinary culture. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will enjoy an Omakase dinner featuring six artfully prepared sushi courses, each one designed to transport you to another world, bite by bite. Each course is accompanied by a curated sake pairing from Ueno Gourmet, presented by Julia Lutter. With every dish, she shares a brief story, bringing the aromas and flavors to life in a unique and memorable way.
