For the first time, Schloss Elmau is hosting some big names of the Israeli jazz scene for five days. The musical traditions of their home country Israel, influences from the U.S. - the cradle of jazz - as well as a colorful mix of genres make up the very individual styles of these musicians. In addition Uri Jeremias, the owner and chef of the most famous Israeli-Arab restaurant URI BURI in Akko, will prepare some of his most popular menus with his team on three evenings.
