Schloss Elmau Storno conditions

In case of a cancelation of confirmed booking less than 10 days prior to arrival, we will charge 80% of the package price, if the room can not be resold on the same day.

Please be aware that a cancelation is only registered as valid when you have received a cancelation number from us.

Please take note also of our General Conditions and that Schloss Elmau reserves the right to cancel the booking free of charge until six months prior to arrival or change the room number within the same room category or upgrade the booking to a higher category in either one of the two hotels of Schloss Elmau.
