High Thai Pop-up Cooking

 Vichit Mukura, longtime senior/head chef at the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, is coming to Schloss Elmau with Thai specialties for a seven-day pop-up event at the Fidelio. From an early age, Khun Vichit watched his mother and grandmother at work in the kitchen to learn the secrets behind the sophistication of Thai cuisine. In his more than 20-year career, his fascination with the art of cooking took him beyond the borders of Asia to Europe. In every country, he acquired new culinary impressions, and today skillfully combines them in a contemporary way
