Under the motto “Alpine Sushi & Steckerlfisch,” alpine tradition meets modern fish cuisine at La Salle.
In collaboration with the local fish manufactory Platzfisch, we delight you with refined sushi creations and traditionally prepared Steckerlfisch. Manuela Merk, restaurateur, and Dominik Blees, master fish farmer, have been running their family business in Mittenwald since 2017, operating their own fish farm at the Kranzbach just a few kilometres from Elmau. There, they raise trout, char, salmon trout, and sturgeon of the highest quality. Their concept is authentic, creative, and driven by genuine passion.
