Booking Conditions
Payment Policy
Retreat Deposit in the amount of € 920/Person to be paid to Gaga at the time of booking via payment link on the reservation confirmation
Remaining Balance to be paid to Schloss Elmau no later than February 1st, 2026 via payment link on the reservation
Cancelation Policy
100% refund of payment in case of cancelation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refund of payment in case of cancelation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
No refund of payment in case of cancelation less than 15 days prior to arrival.
Gaga and Schloss Elmau reserve the right to cancel all activities of Gaga in the Alps in case of insufficient enrollment (up until one month before the start of the program) or force majeure. Received payments will be refunded in full to all participants. Travel expenses or financial transaction costs will not be refunded.
