Start every day on the move: A versatile and eventful week awaits you - running, hiking, mountain biking, and road biking with others in group classes. In addition, each week there are four guided mountain tours through the breathtaking mountainscapes of the Bavarian Alps. Using spiroergometry, your heart rate threshold range can be precisely determined during two personal training sessions. A movement analysis provides insights into your previous training, as well as recommendations on how to run and cycle most effectively in the future. Afterwards, detailed training recommendations can be given to avoid and prevent injuries while exercising.
