Ski Shuttle

Experience first-class ski resorts near Schloss Elmau and enjoy the opportunity to conquer the slopes every day. Our shuttle takes you to snow-sure destinations such as Seefeld (25 min), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min), and the Zugspitze (35 min) – all offering ideal conditions for skiers of every level. On the Zugspitze Glacier, the ski season begins as early as the beginning of December and lasts until after Easter.

Ski Academy

Certified ski instructors teach with variety and individual attention in different ability groups, tailored to your skiing level. Courses are available for both children and adults.
Group lessons take place Monday through Friday
Departure: 9:00 AM for beginners to Kranzberg / 8:30 AM for advanced skiers to Seefeld
Lesson time: 9:30 AM – 12:15 PM
Return: approx. 12:45 PM from Kranzberg / approx. 1:15 PM from Seefeld

Zugspitze exclusively

At almost 3,000 meters above sea level, the Zugspitze offers a ski area of superlatives. Together with your private instructor, you will experience pure skiing and snowboarding enjoyment across a total of 22 kilometers of slopes.

Ski safari

Enjoy the most beautiful ski areas of the region as an advanced skier in a group. Our ski guide, Hermann Glatz, will lead you safely through the resorts and share an unforgettable day on the slopes with you.
The Ski Safari usually takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

Ice Rink

Enjoy pure winter joy on our private ice rink right in front of the hotel! While the sun makes the sparkling ice surface shine, you can relax and glide around or burn some energy with a game of ice hockey. Rent skates or hockey sticks and create unforgettable memories on the ice – all surrounded by the breathtaking mountain scenery!

Curling

Several times a week. Curling is one of the ultimate precision sports, where the goal is to place your team's curling stone closest to the target, the "daube." The instructor will explain the rules of the game and provide tips to improve your technique.
