Yoga für Kids & Teens

During school holidays, we offer Kids & Teens the opportunity to take part in a yoga course. The classes take place at the Jivamukti Yoga Center, led by Johannes Mikenda or other experienced yoga teachers, usually from Monday to Thursday.

Yoga for Kids (ages 6 and up)
Yoga for Teens (ages 12 and up)
 

Yoga for kids helps improve body awareness, flexibility, and focus. It supports stress relief, emotional balance, and builds self-confidence. Through fun and engaging exercises, kids learn mindfulness and develop a healthy, positive connection to their bodies.
