4 – 8 March

Boris Plücken

For me, yoga means a state in which we remember the connectedness, love & perfection in ourselves & others. That is what our lives are for - and it works less on the level of the mind, but rather through feeling and experiencing in the heart.

8 – 15 | 23 – 30 March

Jutta Däschlein

In her yoga classes, Jutta combines a basic understanding of asanas with flowing vinyasa, pranayama breath, and movement in conjunction with a mindful awareness of one’s own body.
For Jutta, putting “Yoga = unity” into practice goes beyond the physical practice of asanas. Yoga is a philosophy and a practical approach to life, where practicing on the mat can bring us more peace and mindfulness in everyday life…

15 – 22 March

Karin Zahn

Her yoga classes are characterized by compassion, warmth, cheerfulness, and playful ease. In March 2012, she was given the spiritual name “Karuna” (=compassion). In recent years, Carin has had the opportunity to meet many well-known yoga teachers at countless workshops and yoga conferences in Cologne, Miami and Barcelona in Miami as a volunteer in November 2005, and to learn from them, such as Brian Kest, Mark Whitwell, David Swenson, John Scott, Baron Baptiste, Gurmukh (Kundalini Yoga), Michael Gannon, Rod Stryker, Sarah Powers, Shiva Rea, Amy Ippoli (Anusara Yoga) and many more.
