Jutta Däschlein

In her yoga classes, Jutta combines a basic understanding of asanas with flowing vinyasa, pranayama breath, and movement in conjunction with a mindful awareness of one’s own body.
For Jutta, putting “Yoga = unity” into practice goes beyond the physical practice of asanas. Yoga is a philosophy and a practical approach to life, where practicing on the mat can bring us more peace and mindfulness in everyday life...

Felix Krammer

For Felix, yoga is the path away from thinking, towards feeling. The path away from the head,  towards the heart. A way out of the “office” to a warm welcome at home! Felix is a photographer, Jivamukti yoga teacher (800hrs), children’s yoga teacher, and proud papa of two terrific boys.

Michi Kern

I feel that a yogic view on one’s own behavior towards others, on our relationships, on our lifestyle, on our intentions, our actions and their consequences, has the potential to change our lives emphatically for the better.  And this goes far beyond one’s own interests - that is the crucial point. I believe yoga has great social and socio-political relevance.
