Free Floating Aerial Yoga

 Learn to fly, to let go and surrender yourself to your partner, the hammock, and see the world from new perspectives, literally. Aerial Yoga is becoming increasingly popular because exercises that appear impossible in classical Yoga suddenly become easy, without putting a strain on the joints, while still being demanding and powerful. The morning class is dynamic and powerful; the afternoon class quiet, relaxing and restorative.

Go within with a combination of Vinyasa yoga, breathing exercises, philosophical input and deep meditation, guided by Dr. Patrick Broome, coach of the German national soccer team and trained psychologist. The day begins with meditation, followed by 90 minutes of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. In the afternoon, Ranja Weis takes you on a Yin-Yoga journey of mindful practice that rounds off the retreat beautifully.

Gabriela Bozic is one of Germany's most popular instructors, and also internationally known for her dynamic, passionate approach to teaching yoga. Her vitality and warmth infuse her gently humorous of instruction. She is a linguistics graduate, one of the world’s first Advanced Certified Jivamukti teachers, and co-founder of the Jivamukti Yoga Centers in Munich. She teaches retreats, workshops and at yoga conferences around the world. She has been a permanent team member of the international Jivamukti teacher trainings with Sharon Gannon and David Life since 2005.

Hardly any other area reacts as sensitively to loads, stress and pressure like our shoulder girdle. This is because this area is streaked with a network of nerves, that react quickly under pressure, and the fascias, that surround our muscles, when stressed, contract, harden and sometimes even become matted. Our shoulders are then hard and tense, and we are limited in our movements.

An attentive, slow yoga practice with many gentle stretches and rhythmic movements help us make our fascias softer and open, so that our muscles can relax again. The breathing exercises loosen tensions in our mind and soul, so that we can act longer against the stress and tensions.

Annual Mindfulness Summit

‘Exhausted? – Revitalize on all levels’
 Each day begins at 7am with a meditation, followed by a relaxed yoga class for all levels led by Dr. Patrick Broome. For the time after breakfast, you have the option of booking individual consultations or wellness treatments with Ayurveda experts. (Treatments and individual sessions are not included in the package price). In the afternoon, you can practice Qi Gong, followed by another relaxed yoga class. Afterwards, there is time to process your experiences at the spa. Each evening, your day ends with a lecture on Ayurveda, meditation, and the philosophy of yoga.
