Jutta Däschlein

Jivamukti Yoga

Jutta Däschlein has been teaching yoga since 2005 and has been part of Elmau’s team of regular yoga teachers since 2014. She completed her yoga training in New York with the founders of the Jivamukti Yoga® method, Sharon Gannon and David Life, is a trained bookseller, studied communication science, and has worked as an event manager. In her yoga classes, Jutta combines a basic understanding of asanas with flowing vinyasa, pranayama breathing, and movement with a mindful awareness of one’s own body. Yoga is a philosophy and a practical way of life, where practice on the mat can bring us more peace and mindfulness in our daily lives.

Anna Trökes

Prana Yoga

Anna Trökes has been teaching yoga since 1974, and is the author of more than 30 yoga publications. A big priority in Anna Trökes' classes is a mindful handling of the body. A relaxed yoga practice with many gentle stretches and rhythmic movements helps the fasciae to become softer and more permeable again, allowing the muscles they encase to relax again. The breathing exercises reliably release tensions and resistance in the mind and spirit, so that we can counteract tensions more effectively and lastingly.

Barbra Noh

Strength & Grace Yoga

Barbra’s classes will strengthen you both physically and spiritually. Her alignment-focused yoga classes are designed with the goal of promoting strength and freedom as well as stability and serenity. You will feel invigorated and refreshed afterward, and take away a new perspective on how best to work with your body and and breath.
